Ethan Frank is an investment sales associate and specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed use assets, development and conversion sites throughout Lower Manhattan. Ethan has extensive knowledge of the NYC real estate market and provides real time pricing guidance for his clients.
Prior to joining BRG, Ethan was a Summer Analyst in HFF’s Atlanta office, where he worked with the capital markets and investment sales teams to conduct extensive market research, underwrite properties and facilitate large-scale transactions for institutional investors. Ethan’s gregarious personality, mixed with an intense focus and drive make him a trusted partner for his clients across Lower Manhattan.
Originally from Atlanta, Ga, Ethan graduated with a BBA from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. While at UT, Ethan was an active member of the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity, serving in various leadership roles, including social chairman and recruitment chairman. Ethan was also recommended by peers and professors and ultimately, accepted into the nearly century-old prestigious student organization, the Texas Cowboys. This select group of student leaders is charged with planning and executing business engagements, social functions and philanthropy events to benefit the lives of people living all around Austin and amplify spirit on the UT campus. The Texas Cowboys alumni network is a proud group of leaders who span a wide-range of industries, including politicians, executives, physicians and many commercial real estate developers and investors. Ethan has continued his philanthropic efforts since moving to New York by participating in the NYC Marathon and raising over $10,000 for the Mount Sinai Hospital’s Center for Crohns and Colitis.
